About Heather Who

Nothing compares to the feeling of wearing exquisitely made, well-fitting clothes. You walk a little taller, smile a little more, and feel like your best self. Heather Who brings that experience to you with our demi-couture women’s apparel, created in Oakland, California.

Demi-couture clothing combines artful design, expert craftsmanship and extraordinary fabric, and Heather Who embraces these ideals with our limited-edition pieces. Our feminine, vintage-inspired clothes can go from “career to cocktail” and are created from the best fabric and materials we can find. We pay attention to exquisite construction and fit details that you can’t get in mass-produced clothing. Because we craft each piece with such care and attention, our clothes are truly special and enduring.

A benefit of this demi-couture approach is the ability to introduce new items frequently, about every 6 weeks. The traditional fashion calendar has long lead-times built in – from fashion show to retailer can be 4 months or more. We can respond to an idea and be ready to sell in just a few weeks, due to our in-house design and development. An exciting event in 2016 was the opening of our Studio/Showroom in Oakland. You can visit us there to shop and see where the clothes come to life.
